Accessibility and support needs
We want you to get the most out of your experience with us. If there’s anything we can do to make things easier, whether that’s adjusting how we communicate, simplifying a process, or offering extra support – just let us know. We’re proud to work with Relay UK and RNIB to help support our customers, and we’re always here to make things more accessible. That could mean sending letters in larger print, making sure people speak more clearly, or anything else that helps you.
You only need to tell us once. We’ll update your record and keep it in mind whenever we interact with you. And if your needs change, just give us a heads-up, we’ll make sure to update things accordingly.
